This is a postcard of Princes Square, Strathbungo, the view taken from Pollokshaws Road. It was renamed Marywood Square in 1932. There are very few cars, and the trees are smaller. Who leaves their laundry on the street corner? There was once a footbridge at the end of Princes Square, but it was removed in the 1990s.
